FETTUCCINE with LAMB RAGU
Chef Jaren Shafaieh reveals some of the in!uence that years in the kitchen at Clarklewis had on him with this delicious pasta dish featuring delicate housemade fettuccine, lamb shoulder from Catttail Creek Ranch braised slowly with mirepoix, white wine and fennel. It’s in the appetizer section of the menu and portioned so that you can enjoy it before your main course or teamed with a salad for a perfect, light, but fully satisfying Summer dinner.

ELI BLUE EAGLE is our handsome new !oor manager who was working in fabulous restaurants in Los Angeles and New York before coming home to 23Hoyt. In his words: “I love eating out and have always appreciated the positive impact a server can have on one’s life experience. I enjoy the challenges every table brings on many levels: professional, intellectual, and even spiritual. Serving and hospitality for me is a constant exercise in humility and empathy. I strive to connect with each guest to anticipate what kind of experience they’re looking for… and the reward comes when I feel like I’ve helped create something truly special and unique.” By the way, Eli Blue Eagle is his given name.
