Christmas eve dinner in France, translates to "the
awakening"...so says our canadian-born chef
Aaron Barnett. This is his inspiration for the
festive menu we will be offering on Christmas
eve which includes roasted loin of venison with
glazed parsnips, cranberry-cardamom preserves
and petite yorkshire puddings, and a traditional
French/Quebecois tart made with spiced meats
in a flaky, buttery crust. A fabulous
croquembouche trio will be among the offerings
for dessert.
